Game 1:

Asteroids clogging up middle of the board.
I deployed with a denied flank, friesprays one mid board, the other opposite flank.
The shuttle managed to dodge asteroids mid board then bump block a firespray into uselessness, while providing target locks all round.
Black tie took some damage in the way in acted as an ace blocker to snarl up second firespray for others to get into position after dealing with the first one. Black tie then sacrificed itself to the scimitars seismic charge in order to de shield Kath, the scimitar and vessery then k turned to kill kath dead from out of arc.
Vessery lost 2 shields on the final run on kath to an unlucky 4 blank green evade from kaths rear arc.
A WIN! wipe out to me
Game 2:
Vs-
chewie on yt1300, c3p0
ps2 bandit squadron headhunters with concussion missiles x2
gold squadron Y wing, blaster turret
asteroids once again clogging up mid table, strung across midline this time
I deployed shuttle mid table and my other far flank to try and kill the head hunters early before rolling down the flank onto chewie.
Black tie got concussion'd first turn after rolling double blacks twice (pred reroll)
shuttle asteroid bumped mid table to keep falcon busy.
Head hunters rolled well enough on evade all game to delay me long enough that my bomber ate it before killing the Y only deshielding it and taking a hull.
vessery couldn't get into position after taking on the head hunters to finish off the damaged Y or engage chewie.
time out, I had an injured shuttle and full health vessery, opponent had an injured Y and partial shield stripped chewie.
note, opponent flew chewie well and I in hindsight should have tried to alpha strike chewie THEN mop up.

A LOSS a minor loss on points
Game 3:
vs-
wedge in x wing, outmaneuver, r5p9
rookie x wing
dagger B wing, hlc, fcs, advanced protons
asteroids strung across midline of board again.
I once again tried a long flank whilst stripping shields and hull evenly from all opponents on way in but this time turned a turn early with a shallow 3 turn rather then going straight further and hard 3 turning round the opponents board edge.
Shuttle did its usual bait trick but clogged itself this time after banking a turn too late and died as the fore mentioned bad turning from my other ships led to a GIANT pile up up wedges arse with ALL the ships on the board minus the shuttle.
Wedge got a clear k turn out I misjudged and landed on a roid with vessery and the shuttle and black tie tired to loop losing a turn of shooting.
I then got torn apart with no shots back.
Note next time think more clearly about trying to 'roid dance, also kill wedge dead then go for a target at a time, don't spread it out or late game it will bite you in the arse!
A LOSS total wipe out
Game 4:
vs-
Prototype a wing
ten nub, auto blaster
gold squadron Y wing, ion turret
red squadron X wing
Asteroids glogging middle of board again.
Once again went for a wide sweep with shuttle as distraction.
Swept in using black tie to bump stuff, bomber soaked like a boss, both stripped ten nubs shields
Vessery took out the X wing before finishing off Ten and almost got the A wing but time was called.
A WIN large point margin.
Game 5:
vs-
Marek stele in tie advance, swarm tactics, concussion missiles, munitions fail safe
delta squadron defender, hlc x2
asteroids clumped in middle of table with a couple radiating out to board edges.
Lots of maneuvering on both sides to try and get out of each others arcs.
black tie zoomed forward in a kamikaze maneuver to hold up the opponent, stripped all shields off one defender and took down 2 of mareks shields before getting vaped.
The shuttle did its thing but once again I banked a turn too late this time flying the great white space whale off the board edge after stalling with a 0 speed for a turn HAHA
!Vessery and the bomber the initiated a straight joust with the bomber on its way in pulling off the perfect seismic charge catching all three enemies!!!
Vessery then one shot the shieldless defender, before killing marek.
The last defender got sheild stripped by the bomber before like a lucky git rolling triple evades on the last turn as the freaking clock went to 3 seconds!!!!
Note- target locks... ...target locks everywhere!
A very fun game, but I really need to be less blase about the shuttle, yes it can take a freaking huge pounding but thats no need to be sloppy, might have got me enough points to go from joint 4th to 3rd.

Overall notes,
The shuttle is brilliant in it's steady plodding predictability, love it.
Bombers are excellent for their points, next time get second bomber and swap out the black tie for it.
Vessery is a damage machine, outmaneuver was I think good in a way you don't notice until you look back at the game. I was mighty tempted by VI but considering he didn't really get shot at much Im still not sure might have to try it another time.
As for the basic defender stats, and dial, wow just wow, 3's all round is so nice, and the dial was much better than I thought I only used the white K once in the wedge game and a couple of times in the marek game other than that using 3 banks and turns and barrel rolls was more than enough to maneuver, never once even noticed the reds being a detriment.
For completeness the 2 lists I didn't face were-
a x4(?) royal tie interceptor list and a yavin red quadron list consisting of luke, wedge and biggs.
