Is it ever possible in the game that if you had enough money and toughness, and that you found the right material and a good surgeon, that you were able to make metal claws come out of your fists and have your bones replaced with the tough metal, just like wolverine? This seems like a stupid question but I'm just curious and wondering if I am able to do this.
New Bionic Implants
Well, whatever your GM lets you do. I guess there's no rules for making an exo-skeleton like that, but as I said ask your GM for guidance
He could let you modify the rules to make such an "Implant"
According to the books, the claws are very doable. First, you'll need to have one or both arms lopped off and replaced with a bionic arm. Then a Bionic Concealed Weapon upgrade (IH, pg 138) should be purchased for the arm. I would use the stats for a combat knife for the claws and go ahead and mono them for proper cuttability. All said, with the right kind of Ad-Mech contact willing to do this, it would have a base line availability of Scarce (for everything but the knife claw thingie) and a total cost of 1,380 per arm and a damage of 1d5+3+(sb) with a pen of 2.
Now, the metal bones thing... that might be a bit harder to get done. replacing ones bones would also require replacing ones blood with another substance to carry the oxygen as well as a complete overhaul of the lymphatic system. A Magos Biologos might be interested in experimenting to see if such could be done, but, for the most part, such a total conversion o the True Flesh would only be reserved for the greatest tools of the Omnisiah as a true blessing and privilege for those within the Priesthoods preview.
the metal armoring of bones is decribed in the the bionic package mining helot augumentics in inquisitors handbook, so yes that possible to.

I missed that one... good catch!
You just saw the new X-men huh?
Actually that would be a cool idea for a villan. Or maybe something like a Terminator... Hmmmmm...

For some reason the word Necron comes to mind....
Is this tecnically doable? The claws almost certainly. Skeletal replacement? Theoretically, but I suspect such radical alterations to the sacred human form would positively reek of tech-heresy. Dramatic systemic issues with the host body notwithstanding, if this was such a good idea you would think it would be a common and widespread trait for the Mechanicus.
Now that I have the rational commentary over with....
I would be severely tempted to beat with a fully-laden bookshelf any player that proposed playing Wolverine, Spider Man or any other utterly inappropriate vulgarity of genre-failure photocopying. There are game in print for these people already on the market and it has been my general experience in gaming that this level of intellectual lazyness is a detriment to all the other players' enjoyment of whatever game is being played. Especially since it is often the same player, with the same character description in EVERY game they play....
An elderly wizard travels across magical lands in search of mystery. With him are a mysterious elven swordmaster, a stout and hardy squire, a road-weary knight who seeks a release from some secret torment that plagues his soul.... and WOLVERINE!
In a modern-drama setting we find our high school palls out for an exciting time at summer camp. On the bus are the handsome yet clueless jock, the cheerleader that spent all her points on "hottie", a skater kid, an emo with particularly bad hair, the mousy girl in baggy clothes that is secretly hotter than the cheerleader, the creepy exchange student...... and WOLVERINE!
You and I have both met and probably played with this guy and we both know this post could drag on for several more pages.

You mean the same AdMech that routinely replaces lower limbs with repulsor units, implants cerebral enhancers in favored members' brains, attaches tentacles to their techpriests, implants one and a half dozen new organs into its super soldiers and modifies its servitors pretty much every way they like? Yeah, I can totally see where they're concerned with the sacred human form...
It basically comes down to this: Can the techpriest performing the procedure find any parts in his holy scriptures that describe the operation? Then it's orthodox. If he can't, he could still petition his superiors to conduct a few... experiments, including an extended stress test (aka send the thusly equipped acolyte on a few missions).
...But to go to all that trouble of replacing someones skeleton and then cover up their good work so they look human again. Tut tut, I'm sure the ad-mech would disaprove.
