Write an email to the customer support. In most cases, they're pretty helpful regarding missing or broken things.

I had lost the Chewbacca insert for the Falcon I had. I contacted FFG Customer Service and requested a replacement. FFG did replace the insert.....by sending me the bag containing ALL of the cardboard pieces included with the Falcon. Thumbs up to FFG on that one.
