I hope not to ask too stupid questions and i apologize for my not fluent english.

1 - must players to discard the skill cards that they used during the action stage or they can pick them up in their hands ?

2 - must players to discard skill cards used to influence the mechanics of a skill check during crisis stage ? or they can pick them up again in their hands and discard only the skill cards added togheter for calculate the points total?

Always discard any time you used them, for vote, action, other text, or anything.
