While all this is true, there is some armada discussion that DOES deserve to be here.

A thread on using both games together can legitimately be here, although a duplicate thread in the armada forum is a bit annoying.

The thread discussing the likelihood this signals the end of x-wing is completely wrong, but belongs here

A thread speculating on whether 2 ship waves for x-wing is because production capacity is needed for armada could go here

The "Armada has its own forum" thread that this one is copying has a use in the x-wing forum.

There are others. So, yes. The bulk of the armada discussion should be in its own forum, there is still plenty about the game that does belong here as well.

I have little interest in it until it hits and we start getting play reports. There's a lot going on in Xwing right now that I'd rather talk about. There is another forum for a reason and, yet another, reason why we need subforums for Xwing (battle reports- check! Mod/painting- fail! List critique/builds- fail!).

I'm of the mind, if you don't want to read something.. don't click on it.. simple solution..

As for whether it's valid for this forum.. it's Star Wars, and it's a FFG game... sounds legit to me.. but sure, post in the new forum for most discussions.
