Who would like to see some more buttons added to these posts, besides the "Like This" button?

I think we could use a "Don't Like This" button, and maybe a "I Disagree" button. And maybe even a "Are You Nuts?" button.

And there's always going to be a use for a "Face Palm" button.

Sure! But the "don't like" pops up on topics you've already "liked!" So I wouldn't think that would be difficult to add...

The palm strike would get used a LOT!

We could also use, "talk to the hand!" LOL!

A more structured upvote/downvote system could help reduce a lot of the noise around here, I think (or the very least, it would let you know what you're in for when you click on a thread that's at -121).

But I already sometimes have problems running out of my daily allotment of "Like This"; I don't want to know what it would say about me as a person if I started regularly tearing through my quota of "Facepalm" votes.

The noise gets overwhelming at times and it really sidetracks some threads, so something would be nice since there are no moderators to take care of it...

Really would like a DISLIKE button that serves some function... maybe turns a thread a different color if the opening post gets enough dislikes... at least if you were alerted of all your dislikes, much like your likes, some people might modify their behavior slightly.

At least after a week or so of everyone seeing how many dislikes they could get in a day.

I also think not enough people are using the other button we have: "Report". If it was used as much as it should, I'd bet we'd get a little more moderation and moderator attention...

Good point! I didn't even realize this was there! I'll be using more myself!

How about "I feel your pain" when you read about bad luck others have and you know the feeling or maybe "I've been there"
