PRAISE FOR FFG

I must praise FFG for their insight and willingness to take a risk for designing and producing traditional boardgames in this age of computer gaming and a depressed economy. I was very impressed with some of the names of the contributors to the Tide of Iron system; Frank Chadwick (GDW), Don Greenwood (AHGC), and several others. TOI brings the best of both worlds to the gamer; the traditional boardgame and miniatures. I have spent many an enjoyable (and sometime frustrating) hour battling against a wargaming friend. I am also a rules nut. I get just as much fun learning (and sometimes tweaking) a set of rules as I do playing the game. Many thanks to FFG and their talented staff. I wish you all the best.

I will be purchasing the TOI system and all expansions in the next month or so and look forward to playing. CB

I've got to second those comments. ToI is a great game system, and I too will buying everything made for this game. One of the things that really impresses me about this game, aside from the great design & fun of it, is the high level of quality of the game components.
