I converted my Caves location deck into artscow.com format. This way you can print it on "Custom Multipurpose Cards". I also added 3 Rules cards, so that you don't have to print out separate rules. I did my set this way and it looks very good.

The cost is $13.99+shipping for 54 cards (that fits 2 sets of the Caves expansion), but they have sales periodically.
