Soooo, i looked and couldnt find an actual intro section, unless i am in fact truly blind

Anyway, after 8 months of eyeing X-wing at my local comic shop i frequent, and having the manager pull up the Table Top X-wing episode, my Girlfriend and i finally pulled the trigger and picked up the starter box. Long story short and 5 hours later playing for the first time, we both are extremely hooked.

I reside in Toledo, Oh. Yes the same place all over the news for the Ninja Turtle water problem in lake Erie, great times. So i just wanted to say hello, since ive been browsing the forums for a while and thought it was time sign up

Thanks for the warm welcome. This is our very first actual table top game. Im mostly an Eve online player and console gamer, but felt the need for something more tangible in regards to being involved with actual people and not just voices Plus the community for this game is outstanding all around.

So far we have only really done just the standard dog fighting with just the ships themselves. Been watching a lot of Team Covenant and Sanctioned videos. But its all a learning process. So some of the situations that occur while playing are a bit confusing but a joy to figure out and implement the next time. That why im sure we played for 5 straight hours.

But i can say, imperials i feel is my choice of lists. How can you not like Tie anything lol

And its Star Wars. Id try and get one of every ship, then the transport and corvette if really into it. Its rather easy on the wallet too.
