If someone is shooting my B-Wing from Range 3 with assault missiles, do I get an extra agility die or is there no adjustment since it isn't his primary weapon?

If B-wing is stressed but has Advanced Sensors, he cannot barrel roll first, right? Even if he reveals a green maneuver. In essence, it means he must clear the stress before his maneuver and subsequent action, correct?

Yes no early action if stressed, even with green maneuver. Also there is a rules questions sub forum in the links at the top of the page.
