AoR GM Screen vs. EoTE Screen

By papy72, in Star Wars: Age of Rebellion RPG

For those who have both, how is the GM screen for AoR? Does it have the same info on it that the EoTE one has? Is the second screen worth purchasing?

I think the screens are the same. The squad rules are in the A oR one and a new adventure, I guess that's your call if it's worth it.

The GM side of the screens are the same. The art on the player side is obviously different. The adventure bundled with the Edge of the Empire GM screen contains special rules/guidelines for Nemesis characters. The adventure bundled with the Age of Rebellion GM screen contains squad rules.

The picture on the AoR GM screen is way cooler. It's got Vader, a stormtrooper and a recently turned Lord Skywalker teaming up to take down the Emperor and bring order to the galaxy!

Heh, I actually thought the art on the EotE one was better - more dynamic.

But I bought both - the EotE to use and the AoR for the adventure. Having a second set of quick-reference stuff is useful for the far end of the table, to boot.

The GM side of the screens is not the same. The equipment portions are slightly different.

Oh? I must have missed that. What changed?

AoR does not have Bowcaster or Bola / Net included, but does have Armor-piercing grenade, and Anti Vehicle/ Anti Personnel mine included. Gaffi Stick under Melee is only on EotE. Page numbers are different on all sections which is unsurprising. The font size is also microscopically different - the overall crit injury is 1/8th inch longer on EotE than AoR.
