When you are using a secondary weapon, do EPTs like predator allow you to reroll? No, right?
Unless a card specifies it's effect is only for primary or secondary weapons, "when attacking" means when you're attacking with either. So for example yes, Predator does let you reroll 1(or 2 if PS is low enough) die on Heavy Laser Cannon or missile/torpedo attacks.
What Otacon said, unless the card specifies like Krassis and Howlrunner you can reroll attack dice on anything.
