Just built this squad.

Biggs+R2F2 (28)

Rorark +ion turret+ Nien Nub (25)

The idea is to gift ps12 to Cracken who gifts it to either Rorark or Garven. If you gift it to Garven along with Cracken's ability you can R2F2 Biggs on his movement and gift Garven's focus over to Biggs and Cracken can let Biggs take a focus action. I think this squad will do well agains phantoms cause you can get 2 shots on them before they can recloak and you have a turret that can be put to PS12. Nien Nub was the only thing I could think of to spend the last point on. I think Biggs is going to be able to soak alot of hits before he's taken out and hopefully by the time that happens it'll just be mopping up left.

Nien Nunb is a good choice on the HWK. Making that red straight 4 into a green maneuver is a big deal.

I like this squad list but I worry that you are putting too much effort into keeping Biggs alive rather than actually trying to kill your opponent.

Also shooting before a phantom is good but that doesn't help if you don't have an arc on them, though because roarks ability doesn't activate till combat you can choose someone other than Airen if you need to get at least 1 shot on the phantom before ACD kicks in.
