I just watched the preview of Disney's new saga and was very excited to see a GOZANTI!

There were a couple of other ships I couldn't identify, but liked seeing the Gozanti!

Soon is one of those terms that means any time up to and including "any day now" but sooner than "eventually". It is never "Now", and is often confused with "Later", and "almost now".

Any new ships are probably gonna take 3 months minimum once announced to be in your hands. So I don't know if "soon" qualifies.

If we get what I think is coming I can happily wait six-seven months until Spring for it. That is how long it took to get the Reb Hugies.

But... what IF FFG knows that a lot of people are kind of put off by the lack of EMP Hugies?

What if they are determined to make Epic more appealing sooner rather than later?

What if they had the models done last year when they looked down at their shoes when asked about a Star Destroyer?

What if FFG has the Empire's Doom Duo ready for X-Mas 2014?

I'm anxious for Imperial huge ships just so we can finally get some more proper epic battles going. Granted I've done some Tantive vs Tantive battles, but it's not the same... I like the LOOK and FEEL of things being proper.

I do think a Star Destroyer is planned. One of the interviews from last year's Gencon had that question asked, and the guy's expression really made me think they ARE gonna try to do it.... I just don't know how they will. I still want it though... even a scaled down Victory Class. Even if I never actually use it... I want it on display. Granted I could probably just buy a model... but I figure if they do make it, then I'm sure some SICK upgrades will come with it, so I might as well get that as my display.

Yup I have that interview in one of my playlist. The main game guy then, the nice one with the glasses looked scared, while the cooler looking (no offense to the nerd in charge guy) sculptor guy just smiled like a dealer talking to cops.

They ARE making Epic somethings for the Empire and it will all be bad-azz!

I think that FFG will TRY a Star Destroyer. But it will be more akin to rules of play than an actual model. Those things are massive, it would be better to have rules for turrets and the like to be placed on the map (rather than Asteroids or debris) and play it that way - we already have rules for Turbolasers, now just place them on the board at say 10pts each.

The moment you use a 'Star Destroyer/Star Base map' that's 6 Turrets and an extra 50pts for the opponent (providing a little home ground advantage). It would work for Imperials, Rebels and with the idea of a Pirate/Outlaw style third faction.

Why? It's set at the beginning of the rebellion era. And the Gonzanti cruiser was around before the show, so that's like saying that you don't want about 70% of the pilots that we currently have either. And you can kiss goodbye all of the Wave 4 ships.

A) you're aptly named. B) have you actually seen the show to know it is "garbage"? The Clone Wars show was amazing. I've got high hopes for this new one.

Isn't th inquisitors ship a tie advanced? That was like the best thing I saw about the show in regards to this game!

Saw the first seven minutes. Looked really good.

The 7 minute extended first look was fine plot wise. I think they need to add more music or sound or something, because it felt oddly empty. Other than that, I'm looking forward to it.

I think this show is looking to be 10x better than Clone Wars.

however I'm pretty sure that by the time the 1st episode airs, we'll have seen 95% of it in "first look"s.
