Simple question.

Say I use Buddhist Devotion and add cards down to my staging area...
Can I add them commited? Because I was looking at putting it and Beefy in a legacy order deck and just went... hmm... free +1 hand size sounds purty nice.

Cards enter your staging area ready unless another effect states otherwise.
