I've got 4 B-Wings in my huge collection of X-Wing miniatures...60+fighters and Large, 2 Huge.

One of the wing cannons snapped off and was lost in the rug, certainly been vaccumed up by now.

I cannot stand to use the fighter....so never use squads with 4.

Fighter has never seen the table.

Contact FFG customer support. Use it for wreckage. Glue on a watch pin to simulate it (looks really good btw). Use it as a test mule for making foldable S foils... Buy another one. Get your friend a starter set and then give him your broken B wing. Lots of things to do with it!

Make a new cannon out of green stuff? Or a small bit of wood. Paint and glue it on the bwing.

Replace a B-wing on the table that has taken the crit that lowers attack value with it

Build a brand new space ship out of it! The B-Wing doesn't look that much different from the Sun Crusher... just a little bit of extra model parts and you have your indestructible sun-killing space ship

I am all for the idea of making it wreckage on the table. Make special rules for it, cut it up into pieces, and make it look cool.

Auction it off on the forum by giving it to the person who can tell you the most tragic story from playing X-wing miniatures.

Actually, buy 2 so that your OCD will be assuaged by the fact that you can field a pair in either paint scheme

Mine did the same so I just broke the rest off to make it appear even. Had someone at a tourney mention the took a paper clip and and cut it into equal lengths then glue it onto the bwing and paint it. All fairly easy to do.

I'll take it off your hands and make a Deathraven with my broken B-wing.
