So I recently picked up deadly accuracy, and applied it to ranged lite. Does DA apply to to grenades? Because if I'm reading the rules correctly my glop grenades now do 4 damage. Is that correct?
Deadly Accuracy
Yes, but your GM could rule you can't add damage to something that doesn't do damage in the first place. It would apply to damage causing grenades though.
Edited by 2P51In general, that's how I'd run it. However, as with all things, I'd work with your GM to make sure the specific situation makes sense.
Perhaps consider stun damage?

I like that idea ill have to talk to my GM about it.
My gut reaction would be no to grenades. It's just my personal opinion, and I doubt it would affect game balance much, but the terms "accuracy" and "grenade" don't really mix well in my book. Grenades are pretty deadly already without more help. But hey, to each his own.
I'd say it'd work with any weapon that has a damage rating of at least 1, be it a grenade or vibro-knife or a punch.
Weapons that don't have a damage rating (like glop grenades) really don't operate by dealing damage, so I wouldn't allow Deadly Accuracy to suddenly allow a non-damaging attack to now deal damage. Your GM might feel differently, so as suggested it run it by them. After all, they're the one running the game, so they'd have final say at their table as to how such a situation would work out.

This was pretty much the consensus when I talked to him about it.
Speaking of grenades, I believe DA works on the first hit so you don't get the bonus damage on the guys caught in the blast.

That would be correct, I believe, as you've got a specific talent for increasing the Blast rating in AoR - and perhaps DC?
You are correct Jegergryte. There is the "Powerful Blast" talent in Dangerous Covenants that increases Blast damage per rank.
