Much to my chagrin, I left my last tournament without a Firespray & Phantom dial. I've heard that FFG are usually willing to replace broken posts, etc., but I wasn't optimistic about my chances for getting replacement dials.
Less than a week later, I've got two brand new replacements.
I swear--the longer I've been a FFG gamer, the more my experiences with previous companies seem like Stockholm Syndrome...

You know who else is really good about that sort of thing? Lego. They understand that happy customers are worth more than a few cents worth of plastic.
So the question is: how do we make companies that _aren't_ good with customer service feel jealous and insecure? How do we start a war between companies about who can treat their customers the best?
I lost an advanvced Sensors card at a tournament (store champs). I ended up buying a new shuttle (and now have 3 shuttles), so that I could take the same list to Regionals, as the list had 2 Adv Sensors.
How do they handle lost cards?
I had a similar experience where one of my TIE dials disappeared at the end of our regionals. Contacted FFG and they sent me a replacement no problems, great service.
I had a similar experience at a tourny involving loaning a friend my firespray. I love ffg, they really support their gamers!
I had a similar experience, I bought a Firespray from another player, and forgot to get the dial. FFG came through for me. They are awesome.
Some peg shenanigans led one of my shuttles to being unplayable. Less than a week later, I had a new shuttle. Thanks for being awesome, FFG. It's really super appreciated.
I got a ship with one of the pegs having a broken end.
I wrote to FFG about a replacement and heard nothing back. That was a month ago

Range one- any missile or torpedo card lost without hitting target gets said card replaced.

If this ship is destroyed before eliminating at least one enemy ship, remove all stress from friendly units and receive complimentary focus for each stress removed.
