Some interesting information that hadn't been put out before. A shame it was cut from the book, also pretty cool back story about the blast shield on the helmet in A New Hope. A little easter egg in the story there, the Millennium Falcon was called the Stellar Envoy before Lando and later Han had it.

And hey they also mention two previously unknown Imperial Pilots. That'll be good for FFG to use in the future. One was a TIE Fighter ace and the other a new 181st/Interceptor pilot. Might be good for a new Imperial aces set. There is also a clone wars Z-95 pilot would be good for another Rebel Aces set.

Stellar Envoy has been known for a while, and was seen in the Prequels..

Thanks for the link....

I like those short stories! The helmet story definitely makes it seem as if it were fate for Luke to practice with it.

It still annoys me that the Z-95 that people know bears no resemblance to the original and the Clone Wars carttoon just perpetuates that by basing there version on the "Crap we are either too lazy or in too much of a hurry to design something original so lets just rip off a McQuarrie preproduction design" version from West End Games.

Actually i just realized the original Z-95 doesnt exist anymore due to the purge
