Simply, what if ACD had the stipulation errata'd that the ship running it was susceptible to simultaneous fire BEFORE recloaking?
The Echo thread made me think of this. Thoughts?

Well from a fluff perspective it is simultaneous.
It doesn't. Like Phennir and crits it's one of the few advantages of initiative. The disadvantage being you can't arcdodge them.
