Best Secrecy Scenarios

Hello Card Lords!

I'm excited about the new secrecy cards but The Three Trials and Dunland Trap do not seem well suited to be played with a secrecy deck due to the high combat element and the immediate engagement of enemies. So what scenarios to test secrecy against?

First you have to take into account that there are a couple different ways to do secrecy, mostly based around how does the deck deal with enemies.

- Having ways of attacking into the staging area (Dunhere, Ranger Bow, Yew Bow)

- Hobbit decks which can selective engage enemies and handle one at a time

-Decks (mostly Hobbit) which try to just avoid any combat whatsoever (Hobbit Sense, Feint, etc) and quest through the scenario.

-Any others?

So, some scenarios might be more well suited for one kind than another. Feel free to reference this in your scenario recommendations!

My favorites are:

-Road to Rivendell: all but 3 enemies have threat above 20 and you can just quest like mad.

-Flies and Spiders: All enemies have high engagement.

Another thing that would be cool if someone would research is, which scenarios have the lowest percentage of enemies in the encounter deck?

I think a good number of quest can be good for secrecy decks. Most quests in the first and second cycle can be done. HoN with its battle and siege quests are not good for secrecy, but stewards fear should be doable along with the rest of the cycle except for Blood of Gondor, which also has a lot of enemy engagement right away. VoI could be doable, but so far the first scenarios two of the current cycle seem like the worst scenarios to try this strategy out on. Saga expansions I'm not sure, black riders seems a good fit.

Other quests to test a secrecy deck on are Journey along the Anduin. Keep threat low until ready to engage Hill Troll is a great strategy, and just tested a secrecy deck on the Nightmare version with great success. A really good challenge for a secrecy deck is seventh level, because there are many low engagement cost enemies to deal with. I also used the same secrecy deck to defeat the Nightmare version. Encounter at Amon Din is easy enough to test out new secrecy decks on.

Generally, I think there are a lot of options, but not in the ring maker cycle so far.

I really hope that the attention to secrecy that these player cards are getting will translate to at least one quest that will work well for.secrecy in this cycle.
