Does expert handling work with ptl? It would be nice to give the awing a boost/barrel roll option but if I understand ptl correctly, the second action has to come from the action bar so you would have to roll first. But since rolling would induce stress hat doesn't let you use ptl correct? Or am I off base?

Correct. Unless you used it on a ship with the Barrel Roll already, so it didn't get stress.
