So there are a lot of hopes (subtle demands maybe...) for where FFG goes next, be it something new or a correction. I'm curious, of all the typical things, in which order would you rate their necessity and at what point do necessities become luxuries. I've collected the usual items so please put them in order of importance.

In no particular order, these are the issues for consideration:

Fixing the TIE/Advanced

Imperial Huge Ships [Of any sort, note Star Destroyer is a separate choice.]

Third Faction (of any associaiton)

Y-wing "Aces" Treatment

TIE Avenger

More Scenarios

More New Ships

More Aces

Better Imperial Stress Abilities/Counters/Action Sharing

Better Secondaries

Star Destroyer [An Imperial Star Destroyer Huge Ship, specifically.)

Something of your own choosing not on this list.

Aces treatment for any current ship in no particular order. I just like having more options with existing ship and the new life it brings.

Aces treatment for any current ship in no particular order. I just like having more options with existing ship and the new life it brings.

I'm with this guy, I love how customizable the X-Wings, TIE Fighters, and TIE Interceptors are. So many unique pilots means one ship gets a ton of different ways to fly. I'd love to see every ship in the game have 6+ pilots eventually. Even more non-unique pilots would be great. The Royal Guard Interceptor is a great addition to the game.

My preference is for a red head 5.3" to 5.5" with a nice big...oh whats that (muffled whispers) its about toys again...sigh fine.

1) Fix tie advanced

2) Give me the tie avenger

3) Give me the starwing

4) give me something huge and wedge shaped, not saying it should be the star destroyer but it should be the star destroyer.

5) fleet based game.

Double the shields of an x-wing so it would be 4 in game.

Can carry missiles or torps.

4 lasers like the interceptor so it would be a red3 and then tractor beam at range 1. as an action, can fire torp without a weapon lock and opponent, if dial is yet to be revealed, cannot reveal their movement dial

Maarek stele was an ace pilot for it too

More maneuverable than the Rebel or Empire ships so at least the interceptor dial but maybe equal or to the a-wing.

Defense the same of the interceptor and the a-wing.

I'd buy 3

I want it so bad, I put my own statement in a "Quote" field to make it carry more weight. :)

I would love to see the TIE Avenger, along with cards for Avenger Squadron and Maareck Stele (he was hands down THE Avenger ace of the Empire).

  • Tartan-class Frigate

Gozanti-class cruiser (even though it's too small to be a cruiser. Maybe just a bigger 'large' ship than the Decimator.)

Third Faction (non-Black Sun fringe - it doesn't even have to be an official faction. Allow us to paint our own fringy colors.)

Skipray Blastboat

TIE-Scout

Loronar Medium Transport (Smoking Blaster)

Gamma-Class Assault Transport (with assault spacetrooper attack)

YV-666 Light Freighter (Hound's Tooth)

What I'm not interested in (in no particular order):

TIE Avenger

Fixing the TIE/Advanced (No, it's not good the way it is, but just let it be Vader and be done with it.)

Star Destroyer - believe me I love the Imperial Star Destroyer, and I even just bought the 15" model, but I don't see it being a piece in this game. The thing that makes the Star Destroyer awesome is that it's so big.

I do think the missions/scenarios is interesting, but what I've seen thus far isn't good enough. It doesn't ooze the SWU for me. I want more story, grander arcs, etc. That's why I'm working on my own online campaign engine. (It's coming along quite nicely.)

More options and fixes for:

If that happened, the game could never release anything else and I'd be satisfied (though, new stuff is always great).

Note that I'm in the camp against having a Star Destroyer, purely on the basis that its just too big to be accurately represented. However, I'm all for off-board implementations of it (along the lines of mission H3).
