Printing Homebrew Cards

By DomaGB, in Talisman Home Brews

I have used Artscow several times, and have mentioned them here before. But right now Printerstudio is having a sale on their cards. Many people say their work is of higher quality than Artscow. And they don't have many sales, or as many as Artscow.

They posted info about 2 such sales at Printerstudio at boardgamegeek.

Since folks here have been discussing printing some new and old homebrew stuff now is the time, at only $3.33 including shipping, that's a great deal.

Now these cards are not the same size as talisman cards, but they are mini cards, and it would be best to use these for separate homebrew decks only, as mixing them in official decks won't work due to size difference.

If you read further down the thread, there is info on getting bigger decks or 3 decks at another discounted price.

Hey DomaGB,

Thanks for the link, looking at the discount code from the thread on boardgamegeek however, it looks like it has run out :(

A question to you DomaGB, are you (as your name MAY suggest) from the UK? If so did you manage to get free shipping from these guys as the top of the website says? Being that the prices are all in US dollors I assume the company is based in the states, and would be very pleasantly suprised if the free shipping went over the pond ;)

Thanks for the link again though mate, I am looking into other avenues for getting cards printed as I have to wait until September before my printing privledges come back at the University

As I had shared, there is a 2nd code which lasted longer than yesterday and allows for 3 items for $9.99, I think...near the bottom of the thread.

GB stands for Green Bay, home of the Green Bay Packers! Go Pack Go!!! So no, I live in Wisconsin.

I have not ordered from printerstudios, but have ordered from Artscow many times, and they are from Hong Kong. And I have gotten free shipping from them.

I am gonna guess printerstudios operates similarly, but I really don't know.
