Hi, I just recently bought the AGOT LCG (Core Pack), along with some Chapter Packs, and I am about to ask what surely is a very stupid question, but...

Alot of the cards from the Chapter Packs state that their effects happend if its Winter or Summer, and I am just wondering... how do you know which season it is?

Is it as simple as, it's summer when the plot card "A Song of Summer" is the active Plot card, and winter when "The Winds of Winter" is active? If so, what happends if both Plots are being used?

Feels like I am missing something.

The raven attachments: Black Raven (Summer while its in play) & White Raven (Winter while its in play). Each one has text that also discards other Raven attachments when they enter play, thus its only one season or the other while the right Raven attachment is in play, and it can only be one season at a time.

A followup question:

If neither Raven is in play is it safe to assume it is neither Summer or Winter? Thanks.
