im not sure how far you are from ridgecrest ca but keep watching for tournements to come up in this area.

Black Diamond Games in Concord CA has had a few tournaments that i know of and has open nights on tuesday i think.

There is a comic book store in Sonora. Think we could set up a tourney there? I know of a few spots in Modesto we can try as well.
