Awhile back, I purchased a Falcon from my FLGS (I buy all my ships from there, support your FLGS people!) and I was disappointed to find that my ship had been botched a little, the cockpit had a hole in the inner side towards the hull.
While I was reluctant, I did contact FFG and informed them of my problem, sent pictures. Etc.
It did take a week until someone got back to me. I was expecting to have to provide more proof of purchase to them. However they were most gracious and about 3 weeks after first reporting the problem I had a brand new falcon model turn up on my doorstep.
I personally would like to extend a thank you to FFG for doing this and say that the defective model will be put to good use as a ship to practice my painting skills on. Which I am a total newbie at.
Anyone else here had a positive experience with FFG customer service?
