Thank you FFG.

Awhile back, I purchased a Falcon from my FLGS (I buy all my ships from there, support your FLGS people!) and I was disappointed to find that my ship had been botched a little, the cockpit had a hole in the inner side towards the hull.

While I was reluctant, I did contact FFG and informed them of my problem, sent pictures. Etc.

It did take a week until someone got back to me. I was expecting to have to provide more proof of purchase to them. However they were most gracious and about 3 weeks after first reporting the problem I had a brand new falcon model turn up on my doorstep.

I personally would like to extend a thank you to FFG for doing this and say that the defective model will be put to good use as a ship to practice my painting skills on. Which I am a total newbie at.

Anyone else here had a positive experience with FFG customer service?

Absolutely. After almost a year of playing, many of my pegs were cracking and no longer usable and they were happy to replace them. I've seen many other community members with similar experiences.

FFG have earned my respect after going above and beyond the call of duty in many cases and also for providing very good products. There is not a single FFG product I own that I do not regret buying. I don't have all of their games...but I have a few:

Based on the tone of your posts, I'm assuming you meant there isn't a single product you regret buying? As in, you are happy with everything you've bought?

That is correct. I love all the games.

Bohr was pointing out the double-negative, that there's not a single product that you don't regret buying. But yeah, they're the best! I had a b-wing replaced super quickly, and from getting to play at their company store I can confirm that they're just as awesome in person. I found out that I'd lost a damage card in my deck at regionals and one of the designers ran and grabbed me one to borrow.

Sounds like it had been dealt a Direct Hit!

I was missing my carboard insert for Wedge Antilles. They hooked me up with a replacement within about 3 weeks. Was awesome!

Same! One if my phantoms came with a broken wing (a botched decloak probably), and they sent a new mini in a week or so. So impressed with their customer support. Keep it up FFG!

I'd like to express my gratitude towards FFG for the awesomest customer support I have ever experienced in miniature gaming. I was shocked to say the least when they offered to replace my lost plastic pegs from my T/A at no cost even when I specifically mentioned it was my own fault. This was a completely new experience to me as another miniature company seems to hold it's longtime customers as nuisances.

Thank you FFG for your awesome customer support! You have just gained a VERY happy customer who needs some more ships on the rebel side as well :D

I had some warped pegs with a tie expansion. They sent me 2 new ones in the mail.
