Say you have Advanced Sensors and Stygium Particle Accelerator on a phantom...Say you use the Sensors to cloak before movement, then uncloak immediately after that (before your move).....Do you get 2 Evade tokens? 1 from cloaking, then another from uncloaking?

You're only allowed to perform a unique action once per round. SPA allows you to take an evade action after cloaking or delcoaking.

Thus if you've already taken an evade action after cloaking, if you decide to decloak prior to revealing your dial, you cannot perform a second evade action
