The Idea is you have the falcon flanked by two yt-2400's, and a Hwk trailing behind.
Falcon:
- Pilots: Han or Chewie (maybe Lando if you want extra actions in formation flying, but then you lose the land crew card)
- Lando Cew Card: action, roll two evade dice and get the results as tokens
- C-3PO: Guess 0 evade when you roll one dice, and profit!
- Faclon Title: Get the evade action on your action bar
- Engine Upgrade: Get the Boost action on your action bar
Preform Lando's ability to gain (hopefully) 2 evades or focuses, and have Kyle crew from the Hwk change excess focuses to evades. You could potentially have 3 evades this way, if you push the limit that is. Combine with C-3PO, and you block the first 4 damage each and every turn!
Hwk-290:
- Jan Ors, take a stress to give +1 attack to another friendly, means she can hang back a bit at range 2-3 from the freighters and still support them
- Kyle Crew Card: can change friendlies focus's into evades at range 1-3 once per round. Pair it with lando to take some random out of the equation
- Ion Turret: If you have the points, it allows for a bit of control action
- Some Defensive EPT to increase livability to continue buffing the freighters.
Dual YT-2400 freighters
- Dunno on the pilots yet
- As of now, PtL for barrel rolls, boosts, and evade actions
- Engine Upgrade
- Gunner? Not sure what to have on crew
- Heavy laser cannon: for jousting
So, what to you think? Keep them at range 1-2 from each other, and face on direction. Hopefully can shrug off a few turbolaser shots from the future imperial large ships.
I don't know how many points this would be, but i thought a squadron like this would be fun and impressive to field!
