Missing pieces

In case you guys were wondering, FFG customer service rocks. I had a missing piece in my Tantive IV set, emailed them about it, and they sent it out free with no questions in under 48 hours. This may not be the right place for this post, but who cares, I wanted to make sure everyone knows that you're covered when you buy products from these guys. Great job FFG, I'm gonna keep buying.

Anyone else have a good experience with these guys?

This pops up regularly and the answer is yup.

I had an interceptor with a tweaked solar panel, they sent me a new one.

My dog chewed up a couple cardboard YT-1300 bases and a proxy mine. They sent those too

All very fast

That is why you'll see so many of us on here saying "Shut up and take my money!". They give us both great products and the best service.

I've had nothing but very positive experiences with FFG. They're well-known for excellent customer service around these parts.

My only experience was when I recently contacted them about a missing 3-turn from regional prize. Had a new one sent pretty much immediately and it was sent to Sweden within a week from first contact. Great service.
