I know, it's early for these kinds of questions, but here we go anyway. With Reactions, like Com. Sicarus', can I use them every time the trigger is met? So in this case, each time I kill an enemy unit at Sicarus' location I gain a resource token?

Yeah, we're not going to know for sure until the rules are published, but all of the other LCGs would say that for something worded the way Sicarus' ability is worded, you could only trigger it one time when a unit died, but you could trigger it one time for each unit that died.

well it's definitely once per trigger, else you would have infinite resource with sicarius.

and since we've seen limit on other reaction/interruption/action...
