As you say, that is Amazon's best guess. Hell, CoolStuffInc's best guess is July 2014. Let's average them. 
August would work not too long since wave 4 but not so close to punish the wallet.
Other then the transport which I think was different just because they forgot to update the upcoming page.
Every other wave/ship has taken 7-9 weeks to get to us after being updated for On the Boat. So that really means it's going to be early Sept before we get them.
