Normally, when something like Bring on the Big Gun's comes out. People disect the cards in the expansion and can pretty much figure out what they say. I don't have any special software, but lots of other people do.

There are plenty of cards, Ruthless, Intimidate, and more.

Someone must be able to figure out what they say?

I find it quite amusing reading all the speculation that comes with new release pics that you can barely read. They show less than half of a card and there's endless threads on "I'm sure it says this..."
