My current Phantom builds

I absolutely love Echo but decided to give Whisper some play time.

There are two differences that I have noticed between Echo and Whisper. Echo is the teenager kid that can't sit still and flanker--where as Whisper is the more patient adult that can tank/dog fight.

Echo Build1:

"Echo" — TIE Phantom 30 Veteran Instincts 1 Advanced Cloaking Device 4 Captain Jonus — TIE Bomber 22 Decoy 2 Flechette Torpedoes 2 Flechette Torpedoes 2 Delta Squadron Pilot — TIE Defender 30 Heavy Laser Cannon 7

With this build, the TIE Defender is always shooting with 4 dice while Echo is flanking and Jonus Supporting.

Echo Build2:

Bounty Hunter — Firespray-31 33 Recon Specialist 3 "Echo" — TIE Phantom 30 Veteran Instincts 1 Saboteur 2 Advanced Cloaking Device 4 Kir Kanos — TIE Interceptor 24 Stealth Device 3

My all time absolute favorite ship is the slave especially with the Recon Specialist, it makes him a true tanking ship. Kir Kanos is flown as a sniper while Echo is the flanker.

Whisper Build:

It was surprising to me at how well Turr and Whisper kept up with each other, and how Whisper was able to handle dog fighting vs his brother echo.

So far this is the only build for whisper that I have tested him in and it had worked very well.

My theory build that friend and I have plans on testing now that I've seen Whisper's dog fighting ability.
