Assuming the ship doesn't have barrel roll but does have boost (i.e., assuming no penalty for use), which do people prefer? On which ship or pilot? BR seems both offensive and defensive. DD mainly offensive.

I use either of these on tycho. He's the only ship I don't mind putting stress on.

Maybe Ibitsam but he does better with elusiveness.

I think expert handling with tycho.
