Read the review for the core set only. Enjoyed it for the most part. Felt that the price point was stressed upon less than the star wars lcg. 1 core set of the lcg gives you more than enough cards to play in tournaments. 1 core can be a complete game in itself, with multiple deckbuilding options. Conversely, additional purchases are required in X-Wing before you can make a squad of 100 points. After 1 or 2 games with X-Wing, the boredom of only having three ships sets in and you get that itch to buy more.

All in all, I enjoyed the review and I'm looking forward to reading more.
