Could maybe ditch AS and put a crew on whisper or the sigma. Recon on sigma might let it live longer.

I really like the jammer on phantoms. They are tough to kill as is. If you add the jammer they can't hardly hit you without focus or marksmanship.

That could work. This list started out with me just wanting tactitian and RC on a shuttle and filling the rest of the points with whatever though lol.

I would also drop the heavy laser and advanced sensors for fire control and Gunner

I had a little success with Dual Phantoms as listed above, but add Recon Spec to Whisper, and I used naked bombers as support. Not a top tier list, but fun to play.

Last weekend I tried out Whisper and Echo both with VI and ACD along with a Lamda with an Ion Cannon and EU to great success. The Lamda did its thing soaking up the hits and laying down a few Ions for control while Whisper and Echo flanked in from each side. It was a very fun list, but also unforgiving of mistakes.
