Is there a date?

I'm pretty sure there's no date. It'll be there when it's there. Wouldn't even bet we'll have it online long before Innsmouth is released.

Talisman: Dungeon had four previews and was released the week after the fourth. This week is Innsmouth's fourth preview, so I would expect to see the rulebook posted online next week.

All the rules were put online for each expansion before its release. Same should be true for Innsmouth.
