Unrelated, the Australian National Championship will be starting in about 6 hours, at 9am local time. I was bad and only just remembered to email them to request results! Unless that player time traveled I don't think that is from today's Australian Nationals...that write-up is date stamped, November 2013.

Also a major lack of anything wave 4 in that report.

Well, Stuart has it hosted through drop box and it's 18MB, so if I post the link, legions of ravenous fans will incur excessive bandwidth on his account!

Major, would it help if you gave them some sort of electronic form or format so that you could copy paste the results into your aggregation?

Nope, that would require them manually writing the data, or collecting it electronically at the time of the tournament. Maybe someday...

crazy that an 8 tie swarm won french nationals, and even beat Whisper + mini swarm to do it.

Is there a video of this final match anywhere? I definitely want to see how that played out. . .

He killed the miniswarm, and cockblocked the phantom for the rest of the game. He didn't kill Whisper. He has a blog and i think he did a battle report there.

Sadly I'm not at the Aussie Nationals.

Wow, that's a great diverse top 8 with lists I've never seen before at the top. Nice! Good to see a phantom+mini swarm list beat a Falcon+Z list.

i love these two squads. Morgan's seems better geared to handle falcons and Steven's looks stronger versus phantom squads with both looking decent against everything else. i wonder how well that Doomshuttlle performed and whether he wanted it to be Capt Yorr for stress sharing in any matches?

Attendance appeared to be 53 people. It is the largest X-Wing tournament in Australia to date.

Attendance was 53. Extreme diversity of lists across the board. 5 of Australia's 6 regional winners were in attendance. I counted 12 phantoms across 11 lists, 8 falcons across 6 lists. Lots of 3 ship rebel builds. Surprisingly few slaves.

I won top ranked rebel to miss the cut with a list pretty much identical to Sean's, just a gold w/r2 and ion instead of 2 bandits.

Cold dice killed me in round 3 (2x rounds of range 1 chewie w/ predator and gunner doing a total of 1 damage to a gold y-wing) a ended up losing by 4 points. Would have made the 8 if I'd won that match. Ce la vis, I guess that happens sometimes in dice games.

Is there video footage of US Nationals final? Or any games involving the US Champion's build?

Lots of updates from the German Nationals are in from an email message, over half the squads are in!

I haven't gone through and checked all of them for completeness, and I know that some upgrades are missing, so if you have any clarifications then let me know.

I think the German Nationals results say something about the OP nature of Fat Han shoots first (or is that Fett Hanz zuerst schießen ... ), but also say that a truely skilled player can beat that list with a strong Whisper list. I am interested in seeing other top lists from this tourny.

Excuse my ignorance, I'm assuming a "Fat Han" list means you load out the Millenium Falcon as expensively as possible and the rest of your list fits around it? Or is it more specific than that?

Wow, top 8 at German Nationals is really interesting. 6/8 Falcons, but a Whisper vs Whisper final. I would love to see some videos from that tournament!
