100 each (aka 400) or 100 total?

Also when you roll a blank for a chest you get one treasure total right, not one each?

400 gold total

1 Treasure per blank total. Roll 3 blanks, you get 3 treasures. Think of it more as each Hero rolling to see what they each get out of the chest.

Gold: Coin piles are still 100 per hero, this has not changed from normal Descent. So yes, in RtL each gold pile is worth 400 in total (since there is always 4 heroes) and the funds go into the party treasury.

Chests: The heroes roll the 4 power dice when opening a chest. Each die is a unique result. So if they roll multiple blanks, the heroes get multiple treasures. In my campaign the heroes one time rolled four blanks on one chest roll and they got four treasures. Much to the OL (my) displeasure.
