I hate fart staff's so much. The only reason it exists is as a melee weapon to use against a lightsaber. and any "staff" is not going to be a very good offensive weapon. The times we see it, it only delays the lightsaber wielder for a few moments.

I have no doubt that when we see official stats for the electrostaff that it'll be pretty good as an offensive weapon.
