Hi there everyone.

As of Friday 1st of August Tees Squadron will be running fortnightly X-Wing events hosted by Beanie Games in Stockton; we are looking to expand on our already pretty sizable player base by running tournament standard swiss style events as well as some more fun events just to mix things up a bit.

Time: 6pm start (5:30pm registration at latest)

Cost: £3 (this includes the £2 subs paid to our host and £1 per head to cover the prize)

Prizes: Initially the prize will be a ship of the evenings winner's choice (small ship), this will grow to include FFG Games Night Kit promos where available and more as funding allows.

Format: Swiss pairings (time may be tight so number of rounds will be anounced before hand, but a minimum of 3 will be standard to start with)

Our first Friday Night X-Wing is underway and we have 14 players! Prettty happy with the first turn out, hopefully this will grow into something great and we can continue to play here at Beanie Games every fortnight.

With 3 wins under his belt it came down to his Margin of Victory using the new tournament FAQ, because of our limited time MoV will factor heavily in our standings which, in my opinion, is a good thing. It encourages people to get in there and fight. Hopefully we'll grow this event so we can have more play time
