I really like squadron builder, but it just does NOT want to work with my phone. This is a problem I hear other people have as well.

What is a decent list builder that is free and works on my mobile device?

The X-Wing apps that I use on Android are:

BattleScribe for list building.

X-Wing Companion for general reference

and

X-Wing Battle Computer for quick calculations.

I use X-wing Squad Builder. It works great.

Voidstate http://xwing-builder.co.uk/build and Yet Another http://geordanr.github.io/xwing/ both work on Android devices.

I like Voidstate better on my computer, but find Yet Another works better on my phone and tablet, because the buttons are bigger and easier to click on without zooming in.

I prefer Yet Another Squad Builder these days even on my computer, but on my phone and tablet it's much better than any page or mobile app I've found.
