Does anyone have a link or info that shows what day they'll actually be running the xwing tourney? Trying to plan a possible trip to Indy for it. Thanks for any help.

Looks like the Thursday Preliminary is sold out as you were allowed to preregister.

The Friday (11:00am) event accepts Generic tickets only, and may be limited to the first 128 entries (don't quote me on that).

The best 64 players from both Thursday and Friday will play on Saturday to determine the National Champion.

As far as a badge is concerned, you would need at least a 2-day pass if you are confident you would make it to Saturday.
