No, you cannot. You can spend the Cloak token to decloak, then use Advanced Sensors to take a Cloak action. You can use Advanced Sensors to take a Cloak action, then spend the Cloak token to decloak. But the "only once per opportunity" rule prevents you from decloaking, cloaking, then decloaking before revealing your dial.
But doesnt decloaking come before you reveal your dial?
I could use adv sen to Barrel roll cant i?

That you can do. Since both decloaking and Advanced Sensors happen "immediately before you reveal your dial" you get to choose which one happens first.
Edited by GullwindThis was clarified by FFG, and will likely appear in the next FAQ.
Thank goodness.
Seriously, this question has come up so many times, it has to be my most hated question.
"Immediately before revealing your dial" is not a phase, it is an instantaneous thing. At the time that this happens, you have 2 things that happen at the same time, you choose the order, but nothing else gets to happen besides those 2 things.
I can also answer this by asking a couple questions.
Does Advanced Sensors happen after "immediately before revealing your dial" triggers? (yes)
Do you take your cloak action after triggering Advanced Sensors? (yes)
So how on Earth can you Decloak again when you got your cloak token after "immediately before revealing your dial" already passed?
Getting a cloak token does not trigger the ability to decloak, that only happens at the very start of your activation phase, not after you've already done stuff...

Because FFG said you get to decloak. It's officially been answered.Seriously, this question has come up so many times, it has to be my most hated question.

wait are you saying FFG ruled in favor of the 2 decloaks per turn?
If so I have lost a lot of faith in them on this one
Edit: also, do you have a link to the "official ruling"?

They ruled that you can't decloak twice per turn. They did, however, rule that if you aren't cloaked, you can use Advanced Sensors to cloak, then use that token straight away.
Edited by DR4COI actually don't remember an official answer to this being posted. Do you have a link aminar, so we all can refresh our memory?

Well thank Science for that at least!

It's also REALLY fun
I finally found the reference, it wasn't an e-mail but someone saying they had talked to Alex and Frank at an Imdaar Alpha preview event. http://community.fantasyflightgames.com/index.php?/topic/107955-advanced-sensors-and-decloaking/page-2 post #33.

Seems solid from the rulings we have from them (assuming credibility and that they don't change their minds, of course) "immediately before" is, in fact, a "phase". Or, probably better to call it a window, which will allow new ability to be declared even if it wasn't valid when that window was initiated.
