Hello all. The following situation came up in our game tonight and we weren't sure how to handle it. The barterer card was drawn on a city square and it says,

"You may discard 1 of your Objects to take 1 Object of your choice from the Armoury or Magic Emporium deck. Once a character has chosen to do so, discard this card."

However, there was a woods terrain card placed on Magic Emporium space. Can an Object still be taken from the Magic Emporium deck when there is no Magic Emporium due to the terrain card?

Yes. The Barterer refers to the Magic Emporium deck, not the Magic Emporium space.
