Will there be a limited edition Rogue Trader book as there was a limited edition Dark heresy book?

You'll have to get accustomed to that! I am sure that they will want to 'test the water' first before they go for a massive release of material. FFG tend to run off a smaller number of initial copies and reprint later as a rule.
