So as usual, trying to decide last minute (though my last two events were decided AT the event heh), Anyway, have a few lists I'm looking at but I can't really decide. I'm not sure the meta is going to be too hard into Wave 4 here yet so I didn't want to switch it up too much, but I really have no idea. So I'll throw up these lists and see what you guys think.

2x Dagger + Advanced Sensors

Rookie Pilot

I ran this at my first tournament (AOIA) and went 3-0. Was a nice list to fly and I've got some experience with it, but not sure how it'd deal with the new Wave 4 ships. I was considering possibly dropping the Rookie and adding Lieutenant Blount with Deadeye and Ion Pulse Missiles which should be 21 points and should give me at least a bit of an answer to a Phantom or large ship.

Gold Squadron + R3-A2 + Ion Cannon Turret

This is the list I ran at Regionals and went 7-1, winning the Regionals. Very similar list which was nice since I don't really get any practice in. Again, not really a TON of Phantom defense, but the Gold with the Stress and the Ion does give me some if I can get it in arc.


Lastly I was thinking of something with a YT-1300, since that seems to be the Flavor of the Month for Phantom killing these days. A lot of the lists I saw were Chewie ones but with C3PO, which I don't have yet and don't think the few people I know who play have him either for me to borrow. Here though, I start getting out of my comfort zone since I haven't really flown YT-1300s before. As much as I'd like to try out the YT-1300, I don't really want to go into something I'm unfamiliar with just to combat a "maybe" meta shift, but I also don't want to get burned for not taking it into account. Thoughts?
