I was looking at some of the old Star Wars RPG releases from WEG, and Wizards that my FLGS had in store when picking up the AoR book today, and noticed a copy of the Star Wars galaxy tile set that Wizards put out around 2008, and was really on the fence about picking it up for about $20 still sealed. Has anybody used these before for previous games? I like the ability to have physical maps to look at when setting up a scene, and it seems like this would be perfect for that.

Bought a set along with keeping the old boxed sets some of which you can still pick up though not as useful.

Revenge of the Sith and the Attack on Theed I've kept and store the one set I picked up of these, I have used the fold up map from the ROTS map in a makeshift d6 space game based around the dr who series where the hand Dr 10 lost in the christmas invasion ended up being used by the Master to clone a new body for himself resulting in a new Dr9 running around!

Sorry not the same thing as what you're asking but given I still have these its only a matter of time before I or someone else for that matter does use them!

Could use a Fantasy Flight Games version of a Star Wars ship map set especially on a fighter carrier... well I can wish after all!
