I haven't got the game yet - can anyone tell me if Incite Rebellion talent (Agitator) is still based on Coercion?
It seems to me if you have to coerce a people into rebellion their hearts really aren't in it (I would have thought Leadership were a more natural choice).
Edited by Col. OrangeI suspect it's meant more as the one inciting the rebellion playing on the crowd's fears of what he wants them to rebel against.

Like pretty much any politician.
Coercion seems to cover both the idea of mentally strong arming someone into doing something as well as just craftily persuading them.
Read the ability as being Coercion/persuasion.
